Committees

The American Advertising Awards (ADDY's) is a three-tiered national advertising creative competition. This committee is for the first level, the local AAF-Rio Grande Valley, competition. There are opportunities to participate in several facets of the event, including helping with the judging weekend or the awards event.

The Communications Committee develops and executes all forms of communication to club members and the public about club news and events.

This committee plans and executes the fundraising event called the Media Auction. This event is the major fundraising event to fund AAF-RGV programming, public service, education and general expenses. Through generous donations of media and silent auction items, this event has successfully met the financial needs of the organization for many years.

The Membership Committee recruits and serves the members of the AAF-Rio Grande Valley.

The AAF-RGV participates in several public service events throughout the year.
